BASIC CLIMBING COURSE

This multi day course is the best way to learn the basics of sport climbing. One of our Mountain Guides teaches you technique and use of safety gear. The course will be held on artificial or natural single-pitch climbing walls. At the end of this full immersion course you will be able to climb independently and lead single-pitch routes. We do offer a very personalized option, in small groups of max 2 persons per guide

Course: theoretical part: introduction, materials, belaying, knots
practical part: basic climbing techniques, belaying and fall tests, safe anchoring
Difficulty: suitable for everyone

Duration: 12 hours (2 or 3 days)
We provide: accompaniment and teaching by IFMGA Mounain guide – free coutesy transfert – complete equipment (helmet, harness, climbing shoes, back-pack)
To bring: Firm shoes (for the approach), comfortable clothes, drinks
